Delete my ELMADOR account

You can request the deletion of your ELMADOR account (ELMADOR app, ELMADOR Partners app, professional portal). Deletion erases:

• your first name, last name, email address, phone number and password;
• your favourites, notifications, viewed products and registered phones;
• your sessions and sign-in history.

For a professional account, quotes, orders and messages remain in your company’s commercial history, without your personal information.

You can also delete your account directly in the app, in the Account section. Enter the account’s email address below: a confirmation link will be sent to it.
